Thanks for the link, but I prefer better known sites, STEAM, Origin, GoG, GMG, etc.

Dont like the idea of my CC details being at some unknown site. (You could argue that with recent hacks, you still face the possibility even when shopping at legit sites that dont properly secure your details.)

That is why you link your CC to Google wallet or Paypal. At least that way you don't give it out willy nilly.

Personally I prefer Paypal cause they have an added 60 day anti-fraud period, where you can lodge a dispute and have the funds reversed.

Edit: And if a site doesn't use them, I dont use that site, period.

Ya, if theres any site I dont know well, I use PayPal. PayPal is pretty damn good. I've got cash back before when I ordered electronic goods from china which never arrived. Worth the extra cost for using a service that ensures you get what you paid for.
