Excuses, with ros they just limiting the amount of simultaneous logins to ensure some sort of reasonable experience for those in game.

I have been rather lucky, no major issues with ROS (some lag spikes here and there) as well as the occasional disconnect from Hearthstone but I can live with that.

I agree with you StaggerLee. I was hoping they enabled off-line play when they shut down the market.
