Yes only in AvA is the faction brought it, but for everything else it does not matter.

Yeah, irritating. You can play in the other faction's dungeons but you cant group up with members from another faction that are in your guild to do those dungeons.

I am quite surprized how few people I see in the world. Outside of towns I maybe see about 5 people an hour. How is your experience?

Heya Whitey, I'll add you today. I also have a couple of friends who are also looking for a guild. We're Altmeri, but since guild are cross faction communication wise that shouldn't be an issue. Do you guys have a busy guild chat? Are there quite a few folks in the guild?

At the moment we are around 4 active members, we on teamspeak pretty much all the time and guild chat is active if we not on TS. I think once we have a bigger group of members things would be more active so to speak. You are welcome to join us on our TS as well and details can be found on http://thenerdherd.guildlaunch.com/ forums, but you would need to signup to the guild to access of course.

I have also noticed fewer people around and then I see a lot, this could be due to the servers in a clustered environment and then if you not lucky to be put onto a full server you might see less people ? Im not 100% sure how they working the servers but this could play a part.

I find it's quite overpopulated, dunno how they figure out the instancing.
