Something like WebAfrica is doing, however what I was thinking at the time of writing was more along the lines of (no excuse though) its possible the large influx of customers due to their resale model is causing temporary problems. In the first world a degraded service would not be acceptable and it should not be here either.

Merely said if they can draw new customers that could previously not afford broadband people will look to them even with a degraded service.

Beggars cant be choosers argument. Having said that we should by no means accept degraded service. So.. basically voting with the wallet comes in here once again.
