How's the local community for the game? I'm assuming dead as a doorknob, but hopefully I'm wrong.
The only games that seem to last in SA are CoD and BF.Such a pity, because there are loads of games that are a lot better than either of those.

When I stopped LANing back in 2007 people where playing DOTA, and I saw at another small LAN over the weekend people still only playing DOTA.

Oh god yes. Thankfully most strategy games cope well with slightly higher pings, but for most of these FPS games anything over 100 is usually so bad you can't play properly. It's sad, because this means we as South Africans often miss out on great games because we there isn't a big enough community here for them.
Chivalry is one of those games. I've been dying to try the new DLC, but the game isn't playable with high pings and the local community is completely dead.

I'd like to play it again sometime but local makes the DLC a worthless purchase.
I see on MyBB they say Mweb has put up their servers again. I'l start downloading then.
