What came out of that Twitter Q&A is that Morin is not really fussed about how the game performs on PC. All they're really worried about at this point is how much they can mitigate the issues with the game on the Xbox One.
Unless they've optimised the game to require four cores by default and to not run well on a dual-core, even a Pentium G3220 should run it just fine on Low settings. If this was a completely next-gen game like The Division then I'd be less skeptical.
Let's move on from the negativity for now, Ubisoft made a mistake and should possibly hire better people to do their public speaking. Only a few days until the game releases and we're all still looking forward to it in some way, let's focus on that. Keep calm and watch the Launch Trailer:
@Wyzak if only you knew why the game was really delayed lol
More to do with Nvidia then Ubisoft but anyway there is no reasoning with you, already claiming the game will be amazing yet you haven't played it at alllol
Good luck and God speed.

You're more than welcome to be a cynic, I generally am. But it's within your power to act on it. If you don't like it cancel your pre-order. Or are you just going to whine and whine and whine and whine, without any action?

When an anti-piracy method is affecting the game for people who legitimately bought it and causing other people not to buy the game, there is obviously something wrong with it!
This whole Watch dogs negativity is getting out of control.I have it on pre order for pc so come Tuesday and the game is getting panned in reviews I will cancel that pre order,like I do with all my games on pre order.I personally dont understand this internet outrage it is not like Ubisoft is making you buy there game if you don't like the way it looks or plays don't buy it but give it a chance it could actually be a good game regardless of it's graphical performance.
i hope the gameplay is solid, i must say the graphics does seem downscaled quite alot, it also seems like they've simplified the geometry in certain areas and alot of the ambiance is missing if you compare it to the e3 2012 build
E3 2012

The guy's specs are apparently:
However in comments:
So everybody breathe deeply, take your suppositories and relax. As Joker said... Morin's just spewing his usual crap. Don't take him seriously at all.Jordan Khoviteri-Zadeh
So... How much of your system RAM is this thing using? Does it actually require the 4GB+ the developers were talking about?
I have 16GB too, but I'm curious.
Helby (video poster)
Actually it uses 2.7Gb of RAM
My biggest concern would be whether this game (since it's got NVIDIA branding all over it) will use PhysX and how heavily that wonderful proprietary bullshit will affect AMD gamers.
@Snare
Thanx dude, hit the nail on the head but the fanbois can't see it.
@Dohc-WP
Mate you should remove those pics, people might start throwing stones at you guys.
@Lycanthrope
The voice of reason...but alas its all for nothing let them carry on...
Oh and a little secret mate, the game was delayed so Nvidia could work on it..God knows what this means..but anyway.
To the others...
Let me simplify why I am so irritated...so the kiddies understand.
They have gone from saying this game will need a minimum of a GTX780 to run ultra, now they say that a GTX670 will be able to max it as long as the cpu doesn't bottleneck it.
This Morin idiot has also tweeted that the game will need a minimum of 3GB Vram to run ultra, yet 90% of GTX670's were sold as 2GB cards, only a handful of them were sold in their 4GB variations.
They originally said that the recommended cpu for the game would be an i7 4770K, then they said a cpu that scores 9000 in passmark (i5 4670K does this easily) will max the game.
They have now said that the game will not even launch on a dual core cpu (i3's fine for gaming)
Minimum of 4GB required to run the game and minimum of 6GB to run ultra, yet there is already proof that the game uses very little ram.
Then there is the whole pre rendered game play from E3 and how the game looks now.
I can go on and on but it seems we aren't allowed to voice our opinions without being told to "Cancel the pre order" "bla bla bla".
Honestly the guys that are defending this bullshit should really stop and look at what they're saying.
I am sure the game will be good on the game play side of things, but please for the love of God understand that this game was shown to be the best of the 1st Next Gen titles, and look at what's its been turned into, constant changes, lies, PRE RENDERED "game play", looks nothing like the original footage we saw, the idiot that doesn't know when to stop talking and keeps on contradicting himself. He is doing more damage and honestly I am quite shocked that Ubisoft haven't shown him the door or put a gag order on him.
Really I am supposed to be happy with this???
Edit: I'll stop posting about Watch Dogs, can't be bothered anymore.
