Have played a fair bit of it and overall I feel it is a great game so far. I will discuss vaguely some of the things I have done (nothing story related), so if you want to experience it for yourself, look away now!
The game take's itself seriously on the serious bits and...uh, yeah Digital Trips...you will see! Other than that, the humor is somewhat dark (of what there is) and the world is a seedy place.
Overall the hacking of the world's systems at the touch of a button has to be taken with a bit of salt, but also just remember this is set in a world where a "corporation" controls the city's resources and profiles everyone. There was a hacking "sequence" that felt like a cooler version of that "Pipe" game, where you direct flow to unlock something.
Driving around, jacking cars and infinite weapon pockets make this somewhat of a GTA clone, which is not a bad thing if you have been chomping at the bit for a PC version of GTA V.
The minigame section is also nice, a bit easy but a nice distraction. Chess challenges (which I enjoyed, as I used to play similar scenarios when I was younger) to a "cup and ball shill" game, that is nicely animated and could be tricky if you don't play close attention.
The "set pieces" (of what I have played, right at the beginning) feel really cool.
I don't go for hype, even though it has been hard to ignore this particular barking dogI know one thing though, is that I have enjoyed what I have played so far. And that's what really matters.
