hehe yes, easy to find plumbers on the internet. just like its easy to find medical advice but i need recommendations from someone who has used a plumber recently

What ever you do dont use Drain Surgeon. . .

They are a ripoff. They promise to show at a certain time, arrive after hours and charge 3 times as much as was quoted. We got scammed by them and will never use them again.

If you know any contractors ask them for recommendation

Do you stay in a complex or estate? You could ask one of the trustees for a list of approved contractors used by the managing agent. Alternatively ask any friends who stay in complexes.

its a house, not complex, so need to get plumber myself but thanks for the pm suggestions, will give those guys a shout and get some quotes
