I got a speedfine in Limpopo near Tzaneen in April but i'm not able to pay it at all. (R100.00)

I've gone to 3 post offices, they need some sort of form to be able to post it to the correct place (its going to be an additional R50-R60)
I've gone to a Police station who could not help me but told me i could pay it at a checkers, so off i went to checkers, the lady there told me that the fine i received did not have something on it that her system requires. no luck there.

then i checked on payfines, viewfines, paycity and standard bank but none of them had any reference of my fine and they could not find it via the reference number on it.

I'm going to another part of limpopo in a couple of weeks so i will try and pay it there. i need to pay it before 2014-06-16.

I recently received a fine on the N2 in the Mossel Bay District for R400. I saw on the aarto.gov.za website that if you pay within 32 days you get 50% off the fine?

Does anyone have any experience with this? What is the easiest method of payment for the discount to apply? (I live in CT, so going to the Mossel Bay traffic department is not an option).

Thanks ViperGTI! Do you think R400 is too big that they'll definitely follow it up with a home-delivery of a futher summons/or write it off?

As a varsity student, R400 is a bit of a blow to my bank account, so if I can get out of it/reduce it, that would be great. On the fine it said, "representation must be submitted within 7 days", which has passed (only received it after the 7 day period anyway..) Could I still go to the department and make a plea for it to be reduced?
