Biggest Gaming Let-Down

This is far easier than the greatest game of all time. For me, there is only one answer, and it wins by a huge margin:

Diablo 3

+1, ruined probably my favourite franchise

I've never played any Diablo game, but after the Patch 2, it seemed ppl were mostly happier so I bought Diablo 3 for cheap. Enjoying it very much! 40+ hours so far. But I wonder how my feeling to D3 is influenced by not having played 1 or 2.

GTA4. After waiting 6 years to play it, I eventually got hold of it on PC during some sale of either Steam or GMG. Colour me severely disappointed.
