Played most of these games, and my vote goes for Uncharted 2.
Even though I am no huge fan of action games (take 'em or leave 'em type mentality), Uncharted 2 utterly blew my mind with how well everything worked together. It is honestly the most close to a perfect game I can recall playing.
Borderlands.... Had fun, but long lasting appeal it does not have. Millions of guns... Yeah okay, but they are largely generic. The same enemies and same bland environments over and over - GAG! Farming chests endgame for loot... Utter crap for a loot based game.
Demon's Souls while amazing, is a hardcore niche game. That game will eat you alive with its unforgiving nature. That said, Demon's Souls rawkz!
DAO. Hmm, started off okay, then I realized there was little change from the genres agonizing cliches. Choices? Yeah, very linear choices, with a lot off misdirection leading one to think there is more than meets the eye in dialogue. The story / enemy felt empty.
Only one I now need to play is Batman AA. Man, after reading more about the game I really wonder why I have waited so long to try it!?
Ahh well, its all relative.
