Sooo, what are your thoughts on publishers/developers giving exclusive content to a specific platform iteration of a game that is available on multiple platforms? I personally think it's messed up for the consumers as they may feel their platform is being snubbed.
Off topic: the positive side about this derailment is that I could add more names to my ignore list (actually forgot about some).
On topic: I finally managed to watch the trailer for GTA 5 "next-gen", and the video states that everything was captured using the PS4. I was really impressed with what I saw. You're going to need a pretty serious PC to run this game looking like that. I think the smart approach would be to wait and see. The PC version still has the whole modding community behind it which, in the long run, is pretty epic.
I mean, look at what you can do with GTA 4 and some mods.

Timed DLC for XBOX 360? Battlefield Premium? Season Passes? It's nothing new. I doubt any platform is being "Snubbed" most of the 60 mins of gameplay in Playstation versions of Assassin's Creed either become free or paid for eventually on Playstaion. The whole "better on PS4" will probably be advertising ploy which gives you some lame ingame item or a mission.
You know, if you keep adding people to your ignore list. You will simply be posting yourself and won't be able to part take in the debate, since almost everyone with an opinion will be blocked on your side causing you to either unblock people or stop posting.
Back on topic.
Modding will be there if Rockstar allows it to be done to their game.

Fair enough, snubbing may be a bit of exaggeration. I guess the details outside of us getting the games and actually playing the games really are a matter of business and these guys are competing in business (the guys at the helm of the platforms, and the publishers). It is what it is.

I agree. I just think Sony tossed a little money at Take2/R*, much like like MS did with CD Projekt Red to show the Witcher on XB1.
At the end of it all, it's not going to be any different on PS4 as it is on PC/XB1. They would be stupid to divide their customer base like that.

Yeah that would be a stuff up. We have seen stranger things though. The game's PC price is still not sitting that well with me though.
