@Tsar as I mentioned previously in this thread, Zoopy's hands are totally tied by bandwidth costs. The plan for 2010 is big growth, both qualitatively and quantitatively, and we would never have been able to support that growth with the cost of local bandwidth.
Coming back to South Africa will take place in two phases: the first will be to bring an instance of the website itself back onto SA soil, and the second will be to serve video locally as well. The first phase will almost certainly happen in 2010. The second will happen if and when we are able to sustain our business model (which of course includes free viewing of all content) on South African infrastructure. That may occur in 2010, but it's unlikely.
