I can confirm Sennheiser HD202 are great. Relatively inexpensive, good sound, light, comfortable, robust.

I can't answer the poll. If I buy something without doing my homework on the product (in other words, impulsively) and the product turns out to be less than what I expected, then yes, some blame lies with me. However, if my homework and pre-purchase information didn't ring any alarm bells or if a feature of the product is completely the opposite of what I was told I was getting, then no...that's deliberate deception from the seller and I cannot be held accountable for any of that blame.

Well reviews aren't always correct, I remember a story a page back where negative comments were deleted. How would one read a deleted review? That or maybe you're suggesting Neo's research is inferior?
What if it's a pre-order, where can I find a time machine to go into the future to read reviews on Assassins creed unity since I want to pre-order that?
My ignore list: n/a
If you only look at one review, and make your decision on that then you are still to blame. But if you read through all of the reviews and you still don't know that there is an issue, then you aren't at blame at all.
It is your decision to pre-order. There are risks associated with pre-ordering. Therefore you are also at blame.
The point that I am trying to make is that it is almost impossible to completely absolve yourself of any blame.
When an anti-piracy method is affecting the game for people who legitimately bought it and causing other people not to buy the game, there is obviously something wrong with it!
^ definitely! That's why I said, if I just assumed something would be great based on pre-release hype, and then it turns out it's a stuff up - then yes, I was stupid enough to fall for one of the oldest scams in the book. However, if I waited, read reviews and nothing was mentioned about the stuff that I then turned out to be unhappy with - then no, it's not my fault because the defects were purposely hidden from me.

What if someone buys you a game as a present and the game is buggy as hell even though it got generally good reviews. Does some of the blame lie with you?
