I actually really like the game, the AI on the higher difficulties are a pain in the ass and you don't last long if you get spotted.
The game is also damn sexy, playing it maxed out and it runs perfectly smooth. No bugs so far on my side so all in all I think its a top notch game if your into sniping and sneaky killing
