Default The last of us: Remastered has a 50gb install on ps4

Copies of The Last of Us: Remastered have escaped into the wild early, revealing a fairly sizeable install size.

Gamepur reports you'll need 50GB of free space on your PS4 hard drive for Naughty Dog's post-apocalyptic epic, at least according to the back of the box.

In case you missed it last week, we heard sales of The Last of Us have passed the 7 million mark and new DLC will be released later this year. Sony is refunding anyone who pre-ordered The Last of Us: Remastered digitally $10 following a price drop.

The game originally launched on PlayStation 3 in June of 2013 -- almost exactly a year ago, right now

    Damn..

I have a spare 750gb 2.5" drive laying around, will eventually upgrade my ps4 with it. The standard 500gb seems alot at first, but will run out quicker, especially if games are bought on the PSN store
