When it hit, the first thing that went through my mind was not that it was a quake. I thought part of the building on the far side of the complex was collapsing. Then I thought it was a truck or something big that hit the building. That's what it felt like at first. I was basically just running through possible disaster scenarios until the penny dropped. And to add to the creepiness factor, all the radio stations went dead for about two hours after it hit. I kept thinking "I've seen this movie before.
