    Default Assassin’s Creed Rogue confirmed?

    Assassin’s Creed goes Rogue

This is apparently Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed release for last-gen consoles, coming this year

I think it's safe to say it's been confirmed.

18th century, North America. Amidst the chaos and violence of the French and Indian War, Shay Patrick Cormac, a fearless young member of the Brotherhood of Assassins, undergoes a dark transformation that will forever shape the future of the American colonies. After a dangerous mission gone tragically wrong, Shay turns his back on the Assassins who, in response, attempt to end his life. Cast aside by those he once called brothers, Shay sets out on a mission to wipe out all who turned against him and ultimately become the most feared Assassin hunter in history.

Introducing Assassin’s Creed® Rogue, the darkest chapter in the Assassin’s Creed franchise yet. As Shay, you will experience the slow transformation from Assassin to Assassin Hunter. Follow your own creed and set off on an extraordinary journey through New York City, the wild river valley, and far away to the icy cold waters of the North Atlantic in pursuit of your ultimate goal - bringing down the Assassins for good.

Shay’s story will allow you to explore three unique environments:

    • The North Atlantic Ocean Experience the cold winds and towering icebergs of the arctic in this expansive naval playground

    • The River Valley A large hybrid setting of the American Frontier mixing seamless river navigation and ground exploration

    • New York City One of the most well-known cities in the world, fully recreated as it existed in the 18th century.
Looks like this is going to be a very dark title, I'm imagining AC II but without Ezio's charm.

Definitely getting this as well. Hope there is no CE as I won't be able to get 2 AC CE's so close to each other. I think I'm currently more excited about this one than Unity.

They will be silly if they don't release this on PC as well. It runs the old engine which is very PC friendly. Yes, we get Unity, but who minds more choice? Also, I suppose it will run on older hardware as its previous gen?

Even though I want it, I'll probably skip this edition. Looks very similar to the Revelations CE, which is the only one I didn't get. As long ad I don't miss out on any figurines I'm happy.

Can't wait to see gameplay for this one.

Same here, I can live without the artbook which is that that this CE has going for it.

Off-topic, I'm tempted to get that templar chicks figurine.
