webafrica: download from their steam server without using bandwidth !

Are you a full WebAfrica subscriber? If you've only bought a 1GB prepaid then you are actually abusing the system. I am a WA subscriber and I would be livid if my performance went down the toilet because of a 1000 pre paid 1GB accounts abusing the system.

Fair enough, i see your point, but my point was that if they do decide to limit steam downloads for prepaid users, they must give a definitive limit so we know where we are. No random cut-offs i mean. But right now as a prepaid customer, i have access to the steam server so i will use it after all i am paying for it . Oh well, as bigup said, we'll have to see what happens!

No it should all be FreeZone

What could be happening is that Valve missed a server or two in the list they supplied us. (Which we all FreeZoned.)

If anyone experiences oddities like this, please PM me your IP and the IP of the STEAM server you downloaded from.

This way I can ensure we have those entries in our " what to FreeZone " list

I hope that won't be the case they said they are in the process of getting the extra 400GB or whatever of stuff. The RUSE Beta is about 2GB. Not fun for a 384KB line lol. I'm gonna give it a go today again and see if it's working.

Well I had 600MB cap which is now all gone and it only shows that 270MB has been freezoned.

Yay, Just Cause 2 demo is on FZ now, I highly recommend it, its a fairly juicy demo. Wasn't even considering this game, but now I'm pretty amped for it.

My 1GB prepaid account is showing up 360MB of data used, and over 2GB of FZ data used
