So GfK states that they cover 90% of the SA Retail market, and tracks online as well. I wonder how accurate that is taking Steam sales into consideration. Value has never been one to willingly divulge sales figures, so I wonder if Steam sales are really taken into consideration for PC sales.

But the figures are still interesting to see what the average games (non-hardcore) are buying and playing. Fifa will always be on a list like this because so many non-hardcore gamers plays it, especially on consoles.
