I am waiting for a Gigabyte "watercooled" option for the X99 range, and I will not jump on-board at the moment, as I have read somewhere that the current hardware available out there is sort of a "consumer testing" for the Intel CPUs. I was anyway waiting to upgrade, so I will leave it a bit so that the X99 range mature it bit for a year or so.

    Prices are painfully high!

But, this is one of those "get what you pay for" moments.

You'll have to really prepare yourself if considering these upgrades - very non-nonchalant upgrades.
