I overclocked my system once a long time ago and that AMD Athlon 64 didn't like it one bit....

I have never seen the need to overclock my rig and gain 3 or 4 frames per second. Also, lazy.

Agreed. Never found the need to, I've always been happy with current performer at the time.

I've OC'd my GPU and my CPU.

CPU at 5GHz but dropped to 4.5 and GPU OC'd to 1244MHz.

I overclock moderately with closed loops. (Too lazy to build my own liquid loop)

CPU sitting @ 4.2Ghz, with max temp 60C.
Nvidia GPU auto-boosts to 1100Mhz, with max temp 71C

I fine tune the CPU because the default voltage setting is a waste.
Default settings uses 1.21V, but now I use 1.18V at a higher clock.

I've had to downclock my GPU slightly for stability reasons, so whilst not exactly overclocking I have over/underclocked.
