What should I play next??

I have to be brutally honest... Far Cry 3 was brilliant, up to a point. As soon as I got access to the second island I just felt the game became an immense chore. I had to start freeing camps again and scouting radio towers. I had to fight patrols and do hunting and medical missions again. I think they should've just stuck to one LARGER island and it would've felt fresh all the way to the end. I still haven't completed it, just because of this reason.

Felt the same, finished the first island 100%, got all the collectibles etc. When I reached my wallet's limit and I had bought and upgraded everything, it started feeling useless hunting down all the chests.

When I finally nabbed all the runes, I found out that I had missed one! And that it was in the cave where your friends were hiding out, and which had since collapsed! So that felt like a huge waste of time in the end.

Don't get me wrong though, brilliant game, enjoyed it immensely. Probably won't replay it as FC4 is coming out in a couple weeks.

Favorite games of the last 3 years: Portal 2, The Last of Us, Far Cry 3, Dishonored, Bioshock Infinite, The Walking Dead, Shovel Knight(If you like old school style side scrollers)
Games that you MUST play: The Last of Us and Portal 2, definitely.

My backlog is still pretty long as well, so that's all I got

Sorry for the late reply guys, had a busy week. Anyways.. thanks for all the suggestion but there was a sale.. and I picked up Arkham Asylum and Arkham City (I know I know.. beat me with my own keyboard for not playing these two amazing games)

So I'm going to be jamming those for a while. I do still need to finish off Tomb Raider and have been wanting to check out Wolfenstein.
The other games you guys recommended I guess I'm going to have to add to my list.

Nice, love those Batman games. Could spend hours on the challenge maps (combat, not predator, don't have the patience)
