2 - Gameplay video : I want to see what the game looks like when a person plays it to get some indication of the game mechanics
3 - Video review : Someone like TotalBiscuit that gives some view of the title not obvious from a gameplay video.
4 - Nostalgia/I love the previous or other titles in the franchise

Sadly very few demos of new titles exist these days
There are, they're just now referred to as a beta
