Heard the same story on the sewerage side. Sure you can roll in high powered engineers but working with gov just wears them down....after hearing "eish" as an explanation 200 times they start to investigate emigrating in the hopes of experiencing less "eish" and more actual sewerage operations overseas. All of which leaves us with a lot of eish engineering and not a lot of high powered engineering.
