Yeah for once I actually meet the recommended requirements. Well almost, I just have a 550Ti and not a 560, but judging by BL2 I'll still be able to max it. I cannot wait to get my hands on this game. Most anticipated title for me this year

Lol, that makes two of us then. That trailer with Sir Hammerlock and Torgue is one of the coolest/craziest trailers I've seen in a long time.

Grabbed my copy from Greenman Gaming - They're busy running a 25% off special on a lot of preorders which brings the price down to about R500, and then you'll also have it in your Steam library.

I'm pretty sure it will be in your Steam library regardless; you still need to activate the retail copy on steam. I also saw the GMG vouchers but I'd rather pay more or less the same price (R435) and then get a physical copy.

The physical copies that I've bought from Takealot and likes have never come with Steam keys, but then I assume that you are talking about the "Add a non-steam Game" feature?

I prefer to have a Steam copy because of the integration with the invite system and all that, because I mostly play it with friends.

No, that is not what he is talking about. Borderlands is presumably a Steamworks game, which means you HAVE to activate it on Steam no matter how or where you buy it from.

    From their official FAQ:

All copies of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel PC are shipping with Steamworks, so even copies of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel PC purchased at retail can be added to your Steam Library and utilize Steamworks features like multiplayer matchmaking, Steam Cloud support, Steam Achievements, auto-updating and more.

    From their official FAQ:
Exactly. 90% of games you buy at retail these days have steamworks (or something similar) and HAVE to beactivated on Steam, Origin, or Uplay.
