Is Console Gaming Dying?

I agree with you in sentiment, though. I'd love to play Uncharted 2, but I'm not buying a PS3 just for that.

With the Xbox also moving into additional applications with Facebook and everything, it's probable that the next generation console will also include support for a mouse and keyboard, but like the PS3, this will likely only extend to applications outside of gaming.

I bought my Xdoos to play Fable2. You can imagine my disappointment (As per our previous debate ) I'm glad I got my xbox though, almost moved away entirely from PC gaming in the last few months.

As for including support for a mouse & keyboard...I might finally take up FPS games on console after all

I'm with you on that one... I just can't get into those FPS console games knowing there's a better way to go about them.
