    No it does not, there are rumors about "paid for premium content" being available soon but nothing has been confirmed yet.

    I hope its only for Premium Content only. Although, I don't mind paying for a good service.

    Nope.

    Also it accepts local Credit Cards purchases. So buying things online is much easier imo.

    Because everything in THE PSN Store is in rands, so no need to convert...

    There is NO reason why Xbox cannot support purchases with our local Credit Cards even in a foreign currency. One can buy from numerous foreign stores online using our Credit Cards and have it converted when the charge is deducted.

    With Xbox one has to use a tertiary system to buy ones points to actually go buy something, unlike the simplicity of buying from PSN using ones Credit Card details.

    I guess it just shows that Sony supports SA, unlike Microsoft which still has not done so with the Xbox.

    Steam is a good example of how it could work.
