What is your favourite Alien/Xenomorph moment?

What was your favourite moment in the whole Alien universe (movies, games, books, comics, whatever)?

For me, it has to be this fight (especially the beginning):

All I could really remember from that movie is this scene.

Well I hope this counts :P My favourite moment was when playing an online game of AvP (2010) with some friends. Now this one bloke is already quite squeamish about horror games. I was playing Alien, he was Marine. Hearing him scream in shock when I surprised him with a tail through the chest was extremely satisfying :P Won't ever forget that.

For me it was undoubtedly the start up music and noises in the Alien 3 game for the Sega Mega Drive. I loved that so much. Let me see if I can get a video of it...
