I has a measly R9 270, but I should be fine otherwise.

At least I'm on the verge of the optimal spec. Only my GPU is borderline there - R9 280x.

1080p at Medium should run @ 40-60 FPS.

I'm not sure that they're tied. Far Cry 3 is a different "universe" from FC4, I think.

New chars, new story. AFAIK it's Actually FC 3.5 with a new setting, elephants, wingsuits and grappling hooks.
