I've learned a useful trick when checking the discounts on XBL.
You need to actually click through to the game's page to see the discounted price.
For example,I wanted to get the Forza car pass so did a search.
On the results page for XBox One games it was listed with only the usuall price. Clicked on it to check details etc and on the items page it listed the full price again and the discounted price directly after with the purchase button.
I agree with everyone else that the South African branch needs to get their house in order. A lot of basic features seem to be either missing or not working properly. XBL for SA is one of the most convoluted messes I've been on.
Maybe if you manage to figure something out you get an achievement unlocked notification.
