Question Anyway to get Tekom to recognize my existance?

I have been a loyal customer with Telkom for about 3 years now but 3 weeks ago my complexes lines went out (I believe it's because of a storm.) and no effort has been made to resolve the situation, as a person who works from home this is especially frustrating seeing as though I use skype to host meetings with associates and I have no landline or internet coverage now and paying R1000 for 3 weeks of 3G data is unacceptable. Anybody know a way to get Tekoms attention?

    Thanks,

I don't have the e-mail anymore but try and send an e-mail directly to their CEO or district manager. A friend supplied me with the e-mail address and I sent a strongly worded e-mail to whomever was on the receiving end. Within two weeks my issues were resolved. The only problem would be getting a hold of the e-mail address of someone in charge. Usually they pass it on to the district managers and these people get the techies to jump.

I have had results by using twitter to get their attention, follow telkomza and tweet them.

Yeah same here, even at business level.

I've had pretty good luck with contacting the Telkom rep (TelkomZA) on the mybb forums
