I just used the installer on the Cyangenmod site, since the instructions for installing it on an S2 is actually wrong/out of date. The installer worked very easily. It even included the Google apps.

I tried the installer, sadly for me, the S3 mini isn't officially supported by Cyanogenmod, although I see the big S3 is. So I had to get an unofficial build and flash using the recovery method.Originally Posted by Eugene

Yeah, i9300 (Intl). Weird that it didn't work then. I'm not trying again though, maybe some other time :P
Well it says it needs the stock rom installed, so maybe doing a factory reset first might help
