I got the newest drivers. Thank you for all the information. I wanted to use OBS because it lets me add images and video camera feeds directly onto my recording. I've decided on using my graphics card, with no to little performance degradation it's a big positive. Although you cannot do everything OBS can, nothing a little editing cannot fix.
