SA’s broadband speeds: big improvements, but still rubbish

I read somewhere that the global definition of Broadband is 80mbps (or 100). We are not even close to that :S

You can't use one or two instances to say "oh but we do have 100mbps". Telkom still can't get 10mbps line to run everywhere, much less 4mbps

We have made some progress but compared to others, not nearly enough

FCC definition of broadband is now 25Mbps or faster.
