Hmmm I must find that article again... but even at 25mbps we are still seriously lacking
I get that it is expensive to upgrade the exchanges but surely they should be planning this better.
Based on the amount of people paying just for a line (R154 a month) they are making a fair bit of money already.
Sure there is a lot of maintenance etc to be done, but even that should already be taken into account.
Come one SA, time to shape things up a bit!
