DSR - Does anyone use it and do you even see a difference?

I tried it at 1440p to 1080p and to me it looks blurry so I stopped using it.

There's a slider called DSR - Smoothness. It defaults to 33%, change it to 15 - 17% and it'll look fine. Some games will need to be tweaked though.
