I'm not justifying their actions; I'm trying to consider the issue from the standpoint of the games companies which I feel is an important part of the debate that not many people are willing to acknowledge. Change is brought about by seeing where everyone comes from and trying to find a reasonable middle ground with the maximum overall benefit across the board.

There are no doubt factors within the decision making process that goes into releasing games before they are 100% polished, that go beyond 'Just trying to make a quick buck'. And I feel if we keep the discussion only focused on what their responsibilities are to us as and don't consider the issue in a macroscopic sense we will always end up where we are now. Mad at each other and unable to reach resolution.

I'm not saying you are wrong; I'm simply saying that the position you have, which I personally agree with I might add, has internal constraints within its own framework of thinking that makes it difficult to tailor our reasoning approach for a situation such as this.
