Also, it is probably an indicator, of how much superior/ more efficient fiber is as a meduim for data transfer, than the ageing copper Telkom is so tenaciously hanging onto for the last mile local loop.
Also with fiber, it is possible to bypass Telkom entirely ...

The pricing on this is actually pretty good, would pay it in a heartbeat, to bad it only caters for a selected few.
