The additions of the Snow Fall DLC seems to clog up the traffic even more
A new tram system and road maintenance are what I noticed apart from some new buildings. THe snowy maps now have a yard similar to the dump, for ice and dispatches snow plows, so that it will clog the roads even more.
Will have to wait for a Steam Sale...
