We are pleased to launch the Dragon Age: Origins Character Creator and Social website.

To download the Character Creator:
1) go to http://social.bioware.com/login.php
2) log in with your BioWare forums username and password
3) you will be prompted for some additional information - fill it in and follow the instructions
4) Go to http://social.bioware.com/charactercreator.php
5) Choose your language
6) Download

OS: Windows XP with SP3 CPU: Intel Core 2(or equivalent) running at 1.4Ghz or greater
AMD X2(or equivalent) running at 1.8Ghz or greater

Downloading now. If you haven't registered you might as well do it now. You are going to need to download some of the stuff when the game comes out since it gets link to the BW account system.
