I liked the OC of NWN1, and as for NWN2, I wish they did much, much more with it than what we were given. It was decent, mostly enjoyable, but whereas with NWN1, I replayed it countless times, NWN2 I've played once. Mask of the Betrayer was decent, but it wasn't anything to write home about. I never even tried or bought Storm of Zehir...

I don't think the origins approach is pretty unique and special.
I'm guessing that's not meant to be there? If so, then I think so too. It adds a whole new level of interest for me

I'm also happy they took out the good/evil alignment and left it to choices and consequences. I find it difficult to play as an "evil" character since I tend to put "myself" in the game, but I like being an asshat when I want to be without worrying about positive or negative impacts to my alignment and the consequences attached to it which sort of detaches you from your character.
