Actually we get a quite a bit more than that. You also get the bonus dvd with the making of documentary,wallpapers,vids and some tactical vids. You also get 3 bonus in game items exclusive. Bergens honor is the second best helmet in the game according to the developers. Grimoire of the frozen wastes tome adds 3 attribute points and final reason which you get at level 11 is one of the best mid level staves.

The reason you don't get warden's keep is because they can't give the digital downloaders a map or a tin box. Also for south africans it would be hellish expensive, download size is 16gig.
