Transport Tycoon Deluxe HD Remake
Also Fallout 4. Sure Half Life 3 would be great, but I'm a bit of a realist I guess. I'd rather wish for things I have a chance of getting.
Also, Fallout 4 would have much longer gameplay. I actually hope though that they upgrade everything a bit. Looking at the same graphics the whole time between FO3 and FO:NV... it becomes a bit much.
