I think it would be very interesting to play Tetris in 3 dimensions. Although there would be a litany of human errors where you forget how exactly your blocks were orientated

Use of colour coding and transparency would help. Line completion should be similar to sudoku, complete a line of 8 blocks long or 4x4 area.
