where there's a will there's a way. they'll crack it eventually.
feasible or not. they'll do it, just because they like to "stick it to the man" as it were.

Oh great, now I might have to consider going into a media blackout so I won't see any spoilers in the media.
LOL how long before devs leave the Xbox for the PS3, imagine activision making games crap for the xbox because of this, you can all feel like PC gamers now![]()
Well one of the things that i believe is the main cause is money, like myself i am not able to afford all these nice games that are coming out, so yes many people use piracy to play the game with out paying for it. MOD2 is a game that is now using steam unlike before. This has created a lot of problems for co-op when using a non original but sadly i feel sooner or later this will be cracked.
I really do not like piracy as i would hate for me to make a game and no one pays for it, but until they get a way that can not be cracked and have to have the original then there is no other way to stop piracy. Steam a good way to go, but like counter strike it will soon be the same with MOD2
Sorry but unless you are a student or scholar then the money excuse is a cop out. If you are earning your own money then you budget and decide if you can afford gaming. Gaming isn't a right and has never been cheap. Students and scholars are excused in my book since its good for them to get exposed to gaming even if it isn't in the right way, a lot of them will become legal buyers once they start earning their own money.
gaming is a hobby, and like any other hobby, if you can't fund it, find something else

True, but people do not think like that, computer games have addicted a lot of children, and until they can not at all not get a game to work then only will they start to do some thing else.
DLC are the only things now that provide an incentive to go legit. But DLC must be of a good quality add stuff to a game, not just be things that should've been there from the start.
