Funny, at my previous company they have Pastel, and although I always hated having to upgrade and what not, the support line was mostly very helpful and almost always knew what they were doing. imho, one of the best helplines I have had to deal with....well as long as you have a support contract with them.
But the program can be very, very finicky at times, sister in law using it to. Adding companies or adding companies to users login.... *shudders*
Still, nothing beats troubelshooting an old SAP (Client GUI + addons) version on Win 7 or 8 *shudders violently...breaks down into tears*
