Headphone & Mic to cellphone adapter??

Not sure where to post this but I am looking for something like this:



I want to connect your normal PC headphone and mic (two plugs) to a Samsung Phone (one connector) to use both the speakers and the mic. Who would sell something like this locally? Preferably a walk in store in the Gauteng area as this is rather urgent. Cant wait a week+ for an order to ship unless it my only option.

I can make it up myself, but I need 20 so buying complete ones would be easier.

So to get technical, what I need is a 3.5mm 4 Position TRRS Male to 2x 3.5mm 3 Position TRS Female Adapter. And not the Apple version as they wire it differently.
