I completely agree with him on that. I'm on about 4 hours in and really enjoying it. The feeling you get actually feels like you're driving on Dirt. Some stages have light/medium/heavy gravel surfaces and you can actually "feel" the difference. Game is really well done for an early access, my only complaint right now is the lack of content. But this will come in due course.

Want to add another vote of confidence for DiRT Rally to the list. Been loving the few hours I've had time to play. So glad they canned the Gymkhana nonsense and have gone back to a solid rally experience.
I'm not easily impressed (call me a cynical old bastard - others do!) but considering its on Early Access it really does look and play fantastically well. Content is still limited, but what is in is very good so far.
The sense of realism is there. I have only played using the in-car/helmet view, have ended 5 minute stages with sweating palms on my wheel and realized that the reason my jaw is sore is because I've been gritting my teeth all the way through it.
The huge sense of accomplishment from finishing the stage only somewhere in the middle of the field is actually a bit bizarre. Any game that can actually make me feel rewarded for being "average" is okay in my books

Man so many good Racing games coming out now can't wait to have full on rally racing again for a change, also there id F1 2015 to look forward too
Does anybody know what the car lineup looks like and is ken block in anyway involved in this?

Just been playing around with the League and League Season/Event options and would be happy to have anyone interested join me to see how it works (or even if it works). Created a 6 Stage Event using Col de Turini routes and restricted entries to Mini Cooper S to try keep it as simple as possible.
