I wonder, is there any legal way to take the icloud activation off an iPhone? I've got two company iphones (its a 5 and a 5S) that are useless. One the user left under less than friendly terms and doesnt want to assist with anything and the other I cant get hold of the user.

What options do I have to get it activated or somehow enable it to be used by another user in the company. Again, just something legit, what can I do? Not even sure if there are illegal ways to block it.
